Technology Keeps Real Estate Agents On Task
The software at Krisstina Wise's real estate agency, the GoodLife Team of Austin, TX, tells agents exactly who to call - and what to say - to meet their sales goals.
(Boonton, NJ, October 1, 2009) — When Krisstina Wise's agents log onto their computers, there's no mystery shrouding what they need to do for the day.
The software at Wise's company, the GoodLife Team of Austin, TX, tells agents exactly who to call - and even what to say - to meet their sales goals.
In an article in the October edition of industry newsletter, Real Estate Broker's Insider, Wise notes that if the agent recently emailed a newsletter to 200 people, and 50 of them opened the newsletter, the software will identify the 50 people who looked at the document, tell the agent to phone them, and even provide a script for the conversation.
And Wise's software is connected to her phone system, so the computer knows if the agent made the calls.
"They don't ever wonder what to do," Wise tells Real Estate Broker's Insider. "It takes all the guesswork out, and they know exactly what they have to do every day."
She considers her technology an investment of time and money well spent. "We've already paid for the system," she says.
